Avaya Interaction Centre
  • Provides a modular, integrated support for voice, email, web, and self service communication channels.

  • Supports 2000 users and above.

  • Enjector's Interaction Manager supports Avaya Interaction Centre version 6.1.3 and 7.0.
  
Avaya CT (Avaya Enablement Services)
  • Avaya developed, branded T-server middleware with access to the full set of Communication Manager ASAI features and capabilities for call control and handling.

  • Supports a maximum of 2500 users.

  • Enjector's Interaction Manager supports Avaya CT version 9.5 and above.
  
Avaya Proactive Contact (Avaya/Mosaix PDS)
  • Proactive Contact Management expands the role of contact centers, adding campaign management and worker productivity tools that enable more transactions per hour, more effective customer interactions, and greater operational efficiency across the entire enterprise.

  • Enjector's Interaction Manager supports Avaya PDS (Mosaix PDS) version 12 and Proactive Contact 3.0.
  
Envox CT Connect
  • Envox CT Connect enables business applications to manage, monitor and control calls across multiple locations within mixed telephony switching environments.

  • Enjector's Interaction Manager supports Envox version 6.
